My introduction to 1Girl 1Boy shirts came from watching the Martha Stewart show where they were being made by Stacy (1Girl), the woman who makes these shirts with her husband Mark (1Boy). Together they have one son and one daughter (again, 1Boy and 1Girl) who inspire their designs.

Each shirt is designed, dyed, printed and sewn by Stacy and Mark using hand-dying techniques, block printing, and appliqué. All shirts are American Apparel which are sweatshop-free and made in the United States...not to mention they're the softest shirts around!
