Tipitipi Pacifier Clips

Last July I wrote about Tipitipi and how incredibly soft their products were. They now have pacifier clips made from the same great material featuring the most adorable little decorations. You can choose between the red heart, blue and yellow duck, green cow, and blue and gray star. I love that they are all gender-neutral and soft against baby's skin...and that pacifiers will stay off the ground and baby germ-free as a result!

Tipitipi's new website is a work of art all on it's own. It makes for happy shopping at tipitipi.com.

And everyone has a chance to receive a FREE Key Ring/Pacifier Clip with an order over $50.00 at ramalama.com.au now through April 10. Simply enter UGGA MUGGA in the comments section at checkout and your free gift will be included in your order.

* - All three of my children have used the clear Avent silicone pacifiers that are shown in this photograph. I love them because they come with great covers that keep them clean. But my favorite thing about them is that they're translucent and aren't distracting in photographs of my children...I want to focus on their sweet faces, not their pacifiers. The pacifiers are $4.49 for two at amazon.com.

Juicy Baby

I'm not really a Juicy Couture fan. If I had Jennifer Garner's income, which I don't, I'd probably have worn some of their clothes in my first trimester into my second as she has done this summer, but I didn't, due to the aforementioned reason.

But for those of you who can't live without a little Juicy and want to prep your child to follow in your fashionable Manolo footsteps, I bring to you Juicy Couture Juicy Baby line.

Available are three pacifiers ($48.00), three bibs ($50.00) or three pairs of socks ($38.00) in adorable little boxes that are great for giving...and I'm sure for receiving, although I'd rather invest the money into my children's library. After all, the pacifier will most likely end up under my car seat.

Available at babystyle.com.

Countdown to Baby Boxes

My pregnant self was at the playground last week with a couple of friends and our children when one of them asked me, "Aren't you just ready to meet the baby?" And my answer was a definite yes! I can't wait to see her face, hold her tiny hands in my fingers, to watch her personality reveal itself, to see her with her big brother and big sister, and to finally, formally welcome her to the world, and wish her a Happy Birthday! Even with my four year old son and two year old daughter to run after all day, the anticipation is great...and this is my third child! Don't even get me started with the ants in my pants when pregnant for the first time with my son!

And for those in your life who are as impatient or as passionate or sensitive as myself, I lead you to the Countdown Boxes! These are such a great idea for any new parent in waiting...like an Advent calendar for grownups! Starting 10 days before the baby's due date (or a scheduled induction), parents start with opening box #10... until all of the boxes are opened and the baby's due date has arrived!

Items will include 10 of the following based on availability: onesie, hat, bib, thermometer, nail clippers, nail files, infant Tylenol, book, rattle, socks, pacifier, booties, washcloths, spoon, diaper rash lotion, baby shampoo, baby lotion, teething toy, nasal aspirator, and hair accessories (if you choose the baby girl package).

The Countdown Boxes all fit nicely into one large box for easy gift giving and are available for $39.99 at norwoodarts.com. And if you're choosey like myself, you can order an empty set of the boxes ready to fill with your own items for $25.00.

Bink Link Pacifier Clips

The first time I saw these Bink Link pacifier clips I fell in love! They have such a nostalgic feel to them (anyone remember candy necklaces?) but yet are so modern. They are composed of wooden beads that are strung into different designs, with the carrots and peas being my favorite. Not only are Bink Links safe, but they compliment your child's hip wardrobe! They're almost cute enough to eat!

Available at binklink.com for $14.00 each.

Razberry Teether

My daughter has really come to rely on her Razberry Teether when her teeth are coming in. The bumpy texture really seems to soothe her gums. She also seems to really enjoy having both of her hands free for other more important activities such as emptying out all of her wooden food from the play kitchen!

Made of 100% non-toxic medical-grade silicone. Available for $6.99 from cheekymonkey.ca.

Natural Rubber Pacifier

We all know that an infant's use of a pacifier while sleeping significantly cuts down their risk of SIDS. And now there is a pure, eco-friendly pacifier for your little one: Natursutten Pacifiers (the Danish word Natursut means "Natural Pacifier").

They are made of 100% natural rubber that comes from a Hevea Brasiliensi tree, a tropical Amazonian tree (the tree produces recyclable rubber). They are softer than silicone and are extremely hygienic because they are molded into one piece with no joints or cracks where dirt and bacteria can accumulate.

Not sold yet? Well, they also have no allergy causing substances (the protein that on rare occasions can provoke a latex allergy is completely eliminated during production), are made using no no chemical softeners, parabens, PVC, or phthalates and wont leave marks on your baby's face like most conventional pacifiers.

Retail for $6, available at frecklefaceboutique.com.
